This brewing device was named well. It makes a clean delicious 16 oz. a cup of coffee by letting the coffee brew steep ( timed for 3 minutes ) and then when placed on top of your holding container or cup it will drip through. This is one of our favorite brew methods to highlight the differences in single origins and blends. We recommend using Melitta #4 natural filters for the best results.
